Cardiovascular Training
XT Lite – Multi Level(M)
A mixture class of aerobics, step, and body condition, ideal for those prefer a slightly gentle exercise.
Kick Boxing, Combat, Aeroboxing & Kenpo Fight – Multi Level(M)
A calorie burner with basic, low impact movements in easy combinations. Provide full-body workout and uplifting stress buster. Lots of kicking and punching involved!
Step One – Level 1(L1)
A basic step class.
Step Workout – Level 2(L2)
An introductory class to learn more complex moves, convince with intense cardio workout.
Steps Challenge – Advanced (Adv)
An advance class with complex choreography, cardiovascular and coordination training in one. Fun aerobics workout using a step.
Double Step – Advanced (Adv)
An advance class with variation around two steps.
Latin Step – Level 2 (L2)
A step class with Latin music, importance is placed on form & technique while smooth transitions.
Spinning – Multi Level(M)
An ultimate aerobic exercise, suitable for beginners, advanced gym-goers or anyone in between. A 45-minute cycling class designed to push past your cardiovascular threshold. Requires good physical condition.
Muscular Strength and Endurance:
TBC – Level 1 (L1)
TBC stands for Total Body Condition, generally works on whole body & fitness, tone up upper/lower body with bands, tubes, weight or body bars.
Gliding Tone – Multi Level(M)
This class offers a complete global workout using a unique sliding disc. That can improve posture, increase joint mobility, strengthen and enhance muscle endurance; provides an effective body contouring solution.
Core Fusion – Multi Level(M)
An effective workout for the strength transference from core to the whole body. Improve the core stability and adjust the strength development.
Power Fit – Multi Level(M)
Pre-choreographed and total body condition workout routine, using the bar and weight disc.
Cardio Ball – Multi Level(M)

Gyrokinesis – Multi Level(M)
Incorporating the principles of Yoga, Chi Gong, dance, gymnastics and Tai Chi, the multi-dimensional art of Gyrokinesis strengthens and relaxes the whole body's muscles and joints.
